I had a starting issue with my indian scout 60. Nick booked me in and told me about the service bulletin from Indian with a 5 year extension on the warranty for this issue which I qualified for. I took my bike in . They said it would take 1 1/2 hours and that's exactly how long it was. Great choice of stock (bikes, parts and kit), Fantastic staff, polite and full of knowledge. My bike now starts like a dream, putting a smile on my face. Thank you so much. I will definitely use them again and can't recommend them enough. Top team.

I am in absolute Awe at the customer service of this dealership. I am a first time buyer and like all others, did some research into the bikes and sent out a few requests online about the bikes I like. I received a call the next day from Nigel. I explained my situation being I am NHS worker in need but I also knew my credit score was not the best. I thought that would have been a deal breaker.. However he reassured me he would help and would have some dialogue with the finance team as I was confident I could pay monthly on the amount he quoted towards my chosen bike. It was late in evening and he called back to say he had not got an answer back and he would call me in morning as he expected an answer by then. I got home the following morning from my night shift at the hospital and just as I was about to go and rest... I received the promised call realistically expecting the worse only to be greeted with the news I was approved for my new bike. I had to go through a few basic requirements but nothing unrealistic. I literally was unable to sleep after because of the excitement of owning my first bike and what a looker it is can't wait to get it in a couple weeks. Throughout the whole process I never felt pushed or uncomfortable at any stage and I think I have made a friend in Nigel. I have already started to recommend the company to mates and will continue to do so in the foreseeable future. I look forward to being a valued customer as I felt valued from the first call. Will update when I get my new machine.

The staff are amazing and cannot do enough to help but are not the "pounce on you as soon as you are in the door trying to sell you type". They do not push you to buy anything you don't need but are more than happy to spend the time talking you through all the options. Chris has been fantastic to deal with whilst buying my son's bike, and we're definitely heading back with my daughter when she's ready for her first motorbike.

Great service from these guys from Nigel who did the deal .To the service manager. Bike was a bit laboured on starting usual if sat in a showroom .Anyway purchased the bike but still a battery issue .Mechanic mate of mine stated the battery , had ,had it .So I rang Nigel who spoke to the service manager (sorry forgot his name ) .Within two days a brand new battery on my doorstep .Now that is service!!! Would recommend them highly .
